The Diversity & Inclusion Committee was established in the summer of 2020 to enhance Intercollegiate Athletics' policies, process and practices in order to support a culture which celebrates diversity and inclusive excellence.
The Diversity & Inclusion committee is chaired by Nena Rogers and is comprised of administrative faculty and staff, coaches, and student-athletes. The committee is charged with collectively developing a vision and plan to intentionally foster enriching educational initiatives, support allies, mentorship programs, and create on-going action plans and activities to engage both our student-athletes and ICA staff.
The committee is broken down into two distinct subcommittees:
