USING Mason360 for Student Tickets
Starting with the 2023-24 Men’s and Women’s basketball season, George Mason students can claim their free tickets exclusively on Mason360. This system replaces the old Mason Patriots ticket app and aims to make the ticket process simpler and more efficient for Mason students. Remember, tickets to all Men's and Women's basketball games are free for George Mason students!
Tickets can be claimed with these simple steps:
1) Open Mason360 App
2) Select Events Tab from bottom
3) Select Filter Option in Top Right
4) Filter by group, "Mason Athletics"
5) Select on the game you wish to get your ticket
6) Select “Register”
7) Hit the back arrow and click on “1 ticket” to get your ticket QR code
NOTE: QR Code WILL BE required for entry. No paper tickets will be accpeted. EagleBank Arena or George Mason Athletics staff can deny anyone trying to enter with a paper QR Code

BASKETBALL STUDENT SEAT LOCATIONS & GUEST TICKETS
Student seating is located in sections 123 and 124 of EagleBank Arena. Student Guest Tickets can be purchased for the student sections 123 and 124 by calling the Athletic Ticket Office at 703-993-3270 or at the EagleBank Arena Box Office. Students are able to purchase up to 4 guest tickets for individuals visiting that would like to attend the game with them. Student ID will be required to purchase a guest ticket at the EagleBank Arena Box Office, the Athletic Ticket Office will verify by G#
Student Ticket overflow seating is available is Sections 108 and 109 for games in which it is required. Often times these games include Gold Rush, Homecoming, and other highly anticipated games!
Any Mason student with a disability may reserve a ticket in the accessible seating area in advance (based on availability). To reserve a ticket, please call the Athletic Ticket Office at 703-993-3270. Students may reserve one free accessible seating ticket and purchase one additional ticket at a discounted price (see below).
