Coming off a convincing 88-59 victory over UNC Asheville, the George Mason women's basketball team continues this three-game homestand welcoming UMass to the Patriot Center for the first time in program history. The Patriots and Minutewomen met last season in Amherst with Mason taking the matchup 60-55 to open the season.

Mason is paced offensively by redshirt-senior Taleia Moton with a 21.6 points per game avearage. Rahneeka Saunders leads the team on the boards pulling down an average of 7.4 rebounds per game.

UMass is coming off a close 66-63 loss at Quinnipiac Tuesday night. The Minutewomen are led by Shakia Robinson and Jasmine Watson with 12.5 and 11.8 points per game averages, respectively. Watson also leads the team on the boards with an 8.8 rebounds per game average.
