MASON ATHLETIC TICKET STAFF

MASON ATHLETIC TICKET OFFICE HOURS
The Athletic Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m and is located in the Mason Fieldhouse. The Mason Athletic Fieldhouse handles all season, group, and Olympic sport ticket sales.

MASON STUDENT TICKETS
All Mason Student are admitted FREE to regular season volleyball home matches. For more information on student tickets, click here.

MEN'S VOLLEYBALL VENUE
Women's Volleyball matches will take place in The RAC

GENERAL PARKING
General Parking is available in Lot J next to The RAC. Parking is FREE on the day of the game.

WILL CALL
Will Call is located at the entrance to The RAC Gym. Will Call will open 60 minutes prior to the game. All guests entering the arena via the player pass list must show photo identification and sign for his/her ticket . The player guest entrance is located at the entrance to the fieldhouse and will open 60 minutes prior to the game.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order.

CONCESSIONS
Ovations Food Services offers a variety of food and beverages for the enjoyment of our guests. Concessions include hot dogs, sodas, popcorn, chips, candy, and bottled water.

ATM
Only cash is accepted for admission into The RAC. The closest ATM is located in University Mall.

STADIUM POLICIES
The following items are prohibited at The RAC: pets (with the exception of service animals), coolers, glass containers, alcoholic beverages and noise makers.
