Men's & Women's Basketball - Home games played at the Patriot Center
Men's & Women's Soccer / Lacrosse - Home games are played at George Mason Stadium, next to the Field House
Men's & Women's Volleyball / Wrestling - Home matches are played at the Recreation Athletic Complex
Baseball - Home games are played at Spuhler Field, located on University Drive
Ordering and Purchasing Tickets
Men's & Women's Basketball individual game tickets must be purchased either at the Patriot Center Box Office, Ticketmaster -- either online at ticketmaster.com ,or at any TicketMaster outlet.
Full Season, Mini Plan and Group tickets may be purchased in person, online or through a George Mason Ticket Representative by calling 703-993-3270. All other sports' individual game tickets must be purchased in person at the venue, beginning 1 hour prior to the start time.
Payment Info
Cash only at venue on game day. The George Mason Athletic Ticket Office accepts Cash, MasterCard and Visa for all ticket orders. Checks are acceptable in advance only and may be made payable to: George Mason University. There is a $50 fee on all returned checks. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Shipping and Will Call Information
All ticket orders placed 10 or more business days prior to the game will be mailed unless the purchaser requests the tickets to be left at Will Call. All orders placed less than 10 business days prior to the game will automatically be left in Will Call. A photo ID will be required to pick up the tickets. Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can do so at Will Call. Please note, the ticket office will not be responsible for any drop off will call that cannot be found.
Lost/Destroyed Tickets
All tickets should be treated like cash. The George Mason Athletic Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. Replacements will only be issued for reserved season tickets requested at least a week prior to the event. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. Please contact the ticket office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.
Children/Infant Admission Policy
Everyone age two (2) years and older must have a ticket to enter a George Mason game. Any child under two (2) must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.
Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
Change of Address
To ensure that mailings reach you in a timely manner, changes of address may be made in email to icatix@gmu.edu Current season ticket holders may also change their account information by logging in to their My Mason Nation Account
Ticket Donation Requests
Requests can be made by filling out the Ticket Donation Request Form . To be considered for a donation, an official donation request form detailing the event (what, when, where, who it benefits, form of fund raising) must be received at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.
