The George Mason men’s basketball team opens its February home schedule with a Saturday tilt against the University of Delaware. Mason has not lost to the Blue Hens in Fairfax dating back to the 2001-02 season, UD’s first year in the Colonial Athletic Association and a span of 10 straight home wins for Mason.

Delaware sits one-half game behind Mason in the CAA standings at 6-4 in conference, with an 11-12 record overall. Falling at Towson on Wednesday night, 85-65, the Blue Hens ended a streak of three straight wins. Devon Saddler leads a trio of double-figure scorers with a CAA-leading 19.3 points per game, while Jamelle Hagins averages a double-double of 12.5 points and 10.6 rebounds per game.

Mason leads the all-time series, 20-8.
