Winners of three straight games, the George Mason men’s basketball team will look to continue climbing the Colonial Athletic Association standings with a trip to conference leader Northeastern on Sunday night. Mason is looking to avenge a 84-74 defeat by the Huskies in Fairfax on January 3 in both teams’ CAA openers.

The red-hot Huskies have won seven in a row dating back to that game, including a 95-91 double-overtime thriller on Wednesday night at home against William & Mary. Four players average double-digit scoring for the Huskies, led by Joel Smith’s 16.7 points per game.

The all-time series is tied at 10-10, with NU winning the two most recent matchups.
