With just one day’s rest after Thursday’s win over Old Dominion, the George Mason men’s basketball team travels to UNCW for a Saturday matinee with the Seahawks. Mason has won the last eight matchups against the Seahawks, dating back to a  75-73 loss in Fairfax on Feb. 16, 2008.

UNCW welcomes the Patriots looking for their first conference victory of the season while trying to snap a four-game winless streak. UNCW’s last win came on Dec. 19 at home against UNC Greensboro. Leading the way is All-CAA performer Keith Rendleman, who averages a double-double of 15.9 points and 10.3 rebounds per game along with a team-high 30 steals.

The Patriots lead the all-time series, 40-30.
