George Mason University will once again honor Faculty/Staff and Retirees at Faculty/Staff and Retirees (FSR) Appreciation Night presented by Apple Federal Credit Union at a Mason men's basketball game.  This year FSR Appreciation will be held on Saturday, December 8 when the men's basketball team hosts University of Northern Iowa at the Patriot Center.  Tip off is 6:00 PM.   All full time faculty/staff and retirees are eligible to request up to four (4) FREE tickets to the basketball game.  A $5 voucher to be redeemed at the concession stand during the game will be included with each ticket.   Please bring a canned food item to benefit the Capital Area Food Banks.   For more info go to: Canned Food Drive Information

• Submit your request for up to four (4) free tickets by e-mail to icatix@gmu.edu (requests submitted in any form other than e-mail will NOT be accepted).
• Include the following information in your e-mail:
• Name
• Department
• Phone number and E-mail address
• Number of tickets (up to four)
• You will receive a confirmation reply stating that your request has been received
• Tickets will be available for pick up at the Patriot Center Box Office beginning at 12:00 NOON on Wednesday, December 5. Tickets will not be available for pick up prior to this time.
• A Mason faculty/staff or retiree ID will be required to pick up the tickets.
• DEADLINE TO SUBMIT REQUEST - Monday, December 3 - 5:00 PM

DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: Departments who wish for their employees to be seated together at the game can submit one request for the department.  If your department would like to be seated together for FSR Appreciation Night, please follow these instructions:

• Each department should submit one request for everyone in their department who would like to attend
• Submit request by e-mail to icatix@gmu.edu (requests submitted in any form other than e-mail will NOT be accepted).
• Each request from the department should include the following:
• Name of each employee
• Phone number and E-mail address for each employee
• Number of tickets (up to four) for each employee
• Tickets will be left at Will Call under each employee name (NOT the department name).
• Tickets will be available for pick up at the Patriot Center Box Office beginning at 12:00 NOON on Wednesday, December 5. Tickets will not be available for pick up prior to this time.
