MEN'S BASKETBALL POLICIES & INFORMATION
George Mason University promotes good sportsmanship by our student-athletes, coaches, and spectators. We expect our fans to cooperate in displaying good sportsmanship toward the participants, coaching, and support staff members, and game officials. Do your part to make George Mason athletic events a safe and enjoyable event for all in attendance. Please be aware that individuals throwing objects or participating in other acts in conflict with good sportsmanship and a sense of fair play will be subject to removal from George Mason athletic events.

MASON ATHLETIC TICKET OFFICE HOURS
The Athletic Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m and is located in the Field House. The Mason Athletic Ticket Office handles all season, group, and Olympic sport ticket sales.
EAGLEBANK ARENA BOX OFFICE HOURS
The EagleBank Arena Box Office is located at the West Entrance to EagleBank Arena. The Box Office hours are: Monday - Thursday, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Friday - Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. The EagleBank Arena Box Office handles all individual basketball game ticket sales.
MASON STUDENT TICKETS
All Mason Students are admitted FREE to regular season men's basketball home games with a valid Mason I.D. For more information on student tickets, click here .
General Parking is FREE and is available in Lots A, C, J, K. The Mason Pond Parking Deck offers paid parking; $2/ hour rates apply. The Sandy Creek Parking Deck is for weeknight overflow parking only. All Patrons are encouraged to arrive early. Expect delays and additional traffic on weekday games due to classes.
Will Call is located in the EagleBank Arena Box Office, located at the West Entrance. On game days, Will Call opens 60 minutes prior to tip off. The player guest entrance is also located at the EagleBank Arena West Entrance inside the box office and is open 60 minutes prior to tip off.
All guests entering the arena via the player pass list must show photo identification and sign for his/her ticket .

PRINTING OF LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
We will issue replacement tickets to season tickets holders, only after receiving a written request from the season ticket holder of record. Replacement tickets must be picked up at Will Call by the season ticket holder of record on the day of the game. Photo identification is required for pick up.
SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
Parking for people with disabilities is available at the South Entrance of EagleBank Arena. Wheelchairs are available at Guest Services for those patrons who need assistance. Guest Services is located outside of Portal 4 on the West concourse. For more information on accessible seating, please call (703) 993-3270.
Individuals with a disability may purchase tickets through the Accessible Seating/Services Office. Please call 703-993-3035 (or TTY: 703-993-3080) for more information. Messages left on this recording will be returned as soon as possible and generally by the following business day.
First aid is located outside of Portal 17, between the East and South Concourses.
CHILDREN AT THE EAGLEBANK ARENA
Children age two (2) years and older must have a ticket to enter EagleBank Arena. Any child and under two (2) must sit on the lap of an adult and may not occupy a seat.
AWAY GAMES TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets for away games can be purchased through the opposing school. Generally, Mason will not have tickets available. In the event Mason has tickets available for purchase for an away game, they will first be made available to season ticket holders and sold through the Athletic Ticket Office.
The George Mason Bookstore has Patriots merchandise available for purchase on the West concourse during all men's home basketball games.
ONLINE TICKET TRANSFER
Ticket forwarding is a simple and convenient means for season ticket holders to be able to give your tickets to friends and colleagues. There is no need to mail tickets or wait at the gate to meet your party. TicketExchange is a season ticket benefit that allows customers to list for sale tickets to games they are unable to attend. Log in to your My Mason Nation Account to transfer your tickets by e-mail or to sell for account credit.
To request a change in seat location, please make this request in writing on the season ticket order form. Seat upgrades will be based on availability. Please keep the following points in mind when requesting upgrades:
1. Upgrades are based on current fans releasing their seats. Attrition is low as you get closer to the center or lower.
2. Each year you must submit a request for seat upgrades. Requests are not carried over from year to year.
3. Please make requests as specific as possible.
4. If you are part of a friend's season ticket account, we encourage you to separate your tickets to individual accounts.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.
Game times and dates are subject to change. Refunds will not be made because of a time or date change.
EagleBank Arena offers a wide variety of food and beverages for the enjoyment of our guests. In addition to the traditional menu of hot dogs, sodas and popcorn, EagleBank Arena concessions include pizza, chicken tenders, nachos, gourmet soft pretzels, funnel cakes, cotton candy, bottled water, ice cream, french fries and coffee.
For your convenience, EagleBank Arena has an Apple Federal Credit Union automatic teller machine, located on the concourse.
LOST AND FOUND
Immediately following each game, EagleBank Arena is cleaned, and any items left in the arena are recovered and given to the Lost and Found Department. If you think you may have left some of your personal belongings behind while attending an event at EagleBank Arena, please call (703) 993-3002.
