Swim & Dive Ticket Policies & Information

MASON ATHLETIC TICKET STAFF
You may reach our staff by calling (703)993-3270, Option 1 to speak to a staff representative or send an e-mail to icatix@gmu.edu with any questions.

MASON ATHLETIC TICKET OFFICE HOURS
The Athletic Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m and is located in the Mason Fieldhouse. The Mason Athletic Fieldhouse handles all season, group, and Olympic sport ticket sales.

MASON STUDENT TICKETS
All Mason Student are admitted FREE to regular season swim and dive meets. For more information on student tickets, click here.

SWIM & DIVE VENUE
Swim and dive meets will take place at Jim McKay Natatorium in the Aquatic Center.

GENERAL PARKING
General Parking is available in Lots A & C next to the Aquatic Center. Parking is FREE on the day of the meet.

WILL CALL
Will Call is located at the entrance to the Jim McKay Natatorium. Will Call will open 60 minutes prior to the meet.
The player guest entrance is located at the entrance to the pool and will open 60 minutes prior to the game.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order.

ATM
Only Cash is accepted for admission into the Aquatic Center. The closest ATM is located in University Mall.

BUILDING POLICIES
The following items are prohibited at the Aquatic Center: pets (with the exception of service animals), coolers, glass containers, alcoholic beverages and noise makers.
