Senior attacker Allie Hilderbrandt and junior midfielder Rachel Obregon both received recognition from the league office Thursday night on the eve of the 2013 CAA Lacrosse Championship, being named to the All-CAA Second Team. The awards were based on a vote of the league's head coaches.

Allie Hilderbrandt scored a career-high six goals on Senior Day, but it was not enough as the George Mason lacrosse team dropped a hard-fought 16-12 decision to William and Mary Sunday afternoon.

Closing out a three-game homestand on Friday evening, the George Mason lacrosse team dropped a 16-9 decision at Old Dominion. Allie Hilderbrandt led Mason with four goals, matching her career-high.
